Outreach (nursing home ministry)

How does it all work??
Each participant has 4 days of recreation.  One day is the Nantahala River (during Registration you will find out which day your group will be assigned to the Nantahala). One day is on-campus recreation. On their on-campus day, participants can sign up for Skeet Shooting, Paintball or Archery. No other on-campus recreations require sign-up. To participate in Putt-Putt, one need only go to the Snack Shack and check out putters and balls with a small deposit. Participants will then sign up for 2 off-campus recreations. Outreach can be signed up as an entire group or individually for going to nursing home ministry. If you want to sign up your entire group to do an Outreach project together, we ask that you provide your own transportation.

Participants can bring their own paintball guns and paint.  They must be checked in at rec sign-ups.  They cannot bring their own paint to use in our paintball guns. There will be a Paintball tournament on Thursdays — 6 people per team @ $50.

*Ocoee payment must be made at rec sign-ups.

Laser Show Postponed

Please take note…

Date Change:
The Stone Mountain Laser Show that was scheduled for this Friday has been postponed. A new date for this event will be announced later.

Also, don’t forget that the Swift Cantrell 5k is this Saturday. The Student Ministry is responsible for the water stop. Students that signed up to work will earn Student Ministry Bucks to be used towards camp and mission trips. If you signed up meet in front of the Children’s Building at 6:30am.  Thanks!
